What happens after I apply for graduation?

Students must apply for graduation in order to receive a degree and have it posted on their official transcript. A non-refundable graduation fee of $20 will be added to your account.

Make an appointment with your academic advisor to make plans to complete any outstanding requirements by the end of your graduating semester.

You may also review your Academic Requirements Report under “My Academics” in myNSC. The office of the Registrar will send communication via mail 10 weeks after you apply for Graduation.

Prepare for Commencement if you have selected that you will attend. You will receive further communication about commencement via email closer to the date.
